When you use Afterpay, you pay for your items in 4 instalments over 6 weeks, without incurring any interest. To use Afterpay, add items to your shopping cart then select Afterpay from the available payment options. You pay for the first instalment of 25% at the time of purchase, and the remaining three instalments will be automatically deducted from your nominated debit or credit card over the following six weeks.

What is Pay in 4 is a buy now, pay later offer that lets your customers split qualifying purchases of $30 – $2,000 into 4 interest-free payments. You'll get paid in full, up front at no additional cost.

You will see Pay in 4 as a payment method in the PayPal checkout, if both you and your purchase meet our eligibility criteria. For example, if your PayPal account is in good standing and your purchase is between $30 and $2,000 and not in a restricted category, e.g. gambling.

The first time you select Pay in 4 you will be prompted to accept the terms of the Pay in 4 Facility Agreement which will govern any future purchase you make with Pay in 4. After that, every time you choose to use Pay in 4 your proposed purchase will be assessed to see if you are eligible for credit.

LAY-BY TERMS & CONDITIONS

Lay-By Payment Terms

Minimum deposit: 15% of total order value.
Payments must be made every 14 days from order date.
Final payment due within 8-12 weeks (unless an arrangement is approved before ordering).

Direct Deposit Instructions:
➡️ Use your Last Name or Invoice Number as the payment reference.
➡️ Bank details are provided on your invoice.

What Happens if I Don't Pay Off My Lay-By in 8-12 Weeks?

A late order pick-up fee may apply if goods are not collected or delivered on time.
If you cancel your Lay-By, a 15% cancellation fee is deducted from the total order value.

Lay-By Cancellations & Refunds

If you cancel your Lay-By:
✅ All payments will be refunded minus a 15% termination fee on total cost.
✅ Refunds are issued via Direct Deposit or to the original credit card used for payment.
✅ We do not provide cash refunds over $50 in-store.

Awesome Beds 4 Kids reserves the right to cancel a Lay-By if:
The Lay-By exceeds 12 weeks without prior approval.
Payments are not made within the agreed timeframe.
The product is no longer available due to circumstances beyond our control (in this case, a full refund will be issued).

YOUR RIGHTS UNDER AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW (ACL)

✅ Faulty or Defective Products – You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if the product has a major fault.
✅ Change of Mind – Lay-By cancellations are subject to the 15% cancellation fee as per retail lay-by agreements.
✅ Safe & Secure Payments – All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.
