  • How long have you been in business?

We are a family owned and operated business. We were one of the first furniture companies in Australia to embrace selling online and started in 2003. We have been delivering beds locally and all across Australia ever since!

 

  • Do you have any retail stores?

We have two physical locations, head office Helensvale on the Gold Coast (07) 5502 6243 and Underwood in Brisbane (07) 3290 2444 – Open 7 days.

 

  • Where can you deliver to:

We deliver Australia Wide Please contact us via email or Phone 1300 556 243 for a quote.

 

  • How long does it take for our delivery to arrive?

This will depend on your location, we generally give you a time frame of 1-3 weeks (But again this will depend on you specific location and available transport carriers) please call 1300 556 243.

 

  • Can I pick up an order?

In some cases you will be able to pick up your goods in capital cities. This information is provided in the delivery information section of each product. Please call 1300 556 243 to confirm if your product is available before ordering and to arrange pick up day and time.

As a guide:

Melbourne: Car beds and car bed furniture can be picked up.

Sydney: Some bunks, midi sleepers, white beds, trundle beds.

Brisbane & Gold Coast: All beds and mattresses, please call to confirm stock availability.

 

  • How does the bed get delivered?

We use only Professional Furniture Freight transport carriers. Some beds we may be also able to use Star Track, but this depends on bed packaging and location.

 

  • What are your opening hours?

We are open 7 days a weeks – Monday to Friday 9:30am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 4pm and Sunday 10am to 3pm. (Closed All Public Holidays any other days closed will be notified through Facebook or on our Contact Us page)

 

  • Where do I find out about the latest products and information?

Head to our facebook page. www.facebook.com/awesomebeds4kids - we have over 60,000 likes! All information about when stock is available or giveaways will be there.

 

  • Pricing

All prices are shown in $AUD - Australian Dollars Only.

 

  • What are your payment methods?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express (Surcharges applies), Cash, Lay-By, Direct Credit and of course interest free terms are available Certegy Ezi Pay & ZipMoney.

 

  • Do you Lay-By?

Yes we do Lay-By. Lay-bys are for 8 weeks (unless other arrangements are made with management) and a 15% deposit is required. If you cancel a Lay-By a 15% cancellation fee applies to total price.

 

  • Do you offer Finance?

Yes we do. To be eligible to apply, you must be at least 18 years of age and a permanent resident of Australia. We offer a quick application process with Zip Money (Direct to your smartphone) or using Certegy Ezi Pay we know your time is valuable, and with that in mind, we offer a quick and easy approval process in-store. You will need to provide us with a driver’s licence with current address, (or suitable alternative photo ID), email, and employer’s details and best contact number.   • What happens if something I order is out of stock?

Occasionally an item is sold out, yet is still appearing online then we will contact you ASAP and arrange to backorder the bed and deliver once available. If the time frame or arrangement does not suit then we will offer a full refund.

 

  • Do your products carry a warranty?

Yes all our beds and furniture and mattresses come with a minimum 12month warranty some up to 5 years.

 

  • I have received a delivery but the product is damaged or missing some items?

Best to contact us by phone on 1300 556 243 or by email – service@beds4kids.com.au where we will reply with a service form to be filled out with relevant information in regards to your warranty.

 

  • What if I change my mind?

Please choose carefully. Most of Awesome Beds 4 Kids products cannot be resold for health or hygiene reasons once unwrapped or furniture orders have been placed to meet your specific order. (Including without limitation, manchester, sleeping surface of mattresses and furniture) Due to this reason we do not generally give refunds, offer exchanges or credits if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Ultimately you need to make sure you have measured your kid’s room.

 

  • I need to cancel an order?

Please call 1300 556 243 and speak one of our sales consultants. A cancellation fee of 15% is applicable on the total order price.
